The sculpture design aims to simultaneously stir feelings of ease and unease in the viewer through its textural and structural elements. To maintain focus on these elements, the color is kept neutral. For ease, a piece with curvaceous, fluid lines is fashioned, embodying a sense of smoothness. Conversely, to provoke unease, a nearly asymmetrical piece with a sharp V-shape and numerous tiny holes, reminiscent of trypophobia, is constructed. The "ease" piece is characterized by its polished surface, while the "unease" piece is deliberately rough and unfinished. Positioned side by side, these pieces provoke a mixed emotional response, offering insights into the viewer's personal or current emotional state.
